Evil Recreation

We saw RK over at ASR and what did he have in his hands? Low and behold, he had the Evil Monito x Creative Recreation Lucky Lucianos. This collaboration, inspired by Nautica gear peeps used to rock in the days, is the result of a long relationship between EM and CR. Of course, these are limited. DVS Shoe Company has partnered up with singer, actress Juliette Lewis to fuel its ever-growing women’s business. This marks the first major marketing initiative for DVS Girls in 2005. The partnership entails cross-promotion of DVS Girls, Juliette Lewis and her band Juliette and The Licks, a signature shoe – the Juliette – and a full marketing campaign.

Introducing the Juliette, a sneaker that will MSRP for $47.95 and it will hit stores in June 2005. The shoe, designed from Juliette's inspiration, will have special labels, packaging, and custom printed insoles. These kicks coincide with her new band, Juliette and The Licks' concert tour. Move Over Sidekick

Sure to be the new gadget in kid's pockets and in hip-hop videos come early 2005, Gizmondo has technology and features that would make a sidekick seem as primitive as Colecovision

This thing is not only a tri-band phone. It's got text messaging, usb connectivity, Global Positioning (yes GPS), e-mail, mp3 player, video player, and an SD slot for storage. Oh yeah, and it plays some pretty kick ass games too.

Colors is a game that dectects other players using GPS. It's kinda like defending your turf, if someone comes into your GPS area, its an instant invitation to fight them. Get on someone elses turf, and they are going to defend it.

A few other games that are coming out for the Gizmondo include the Sega Classics Pack, with everyone's favorite Sonic the Hedgehog, and Disney's Tron 2.

fashionpeace presents Trashed- an art collaboration done on recycling bins. This year's season includes Winter X-Games, Coachella, and Pool. Artists take 90 gallon trash bins with wheels and use it as their canvas, all in the name of recycling.

This upcoming Winter X-Games, starting this weekend in Aspen, Colorado, will feature artists such as Writer Hunter S. Thompson, Blink-182's Mark Hoppus, Ed Herbold, Snowboarder Tricia Bynes, Carey Hart, George Thompson, Freddy Medina, John Bagge, Jay Morin, and Dane Koncan
