ETNIES RARE SOLE

On May 13, etnies completely rocked the Tardis Studios in London for the exclusive launch of their limited-edition Fall 2004 Plus Collection footwear line. Over 400 guests partied among the latest designs from etnies, which also featured shoe collaborations with top musicians and artists.

The amazingly talented artists and musicans, including Est'elle, Adam Freeland / Marine Parade and Mark Rae / Grand Central Records, who have joined forces with etnies to design and produce their very own limited-edition shoes saw their work previewed for the first time and received very positive feedback!

The soundtrack to the evening was buzzing. Live rap was provided courtesy of Est'elle and her crew, and Grand Central DJs featuring Veba provided the funk. Skate videos and Deanna Templeton's Family Album series of etnies employee photos filled the walls, while the Plus Collection sneakers hung from the ceiling. All in all, it was a splendid night to behold.

There are 2 UNDFTD collabos out soon from infamous Japanese footwear company TAS. These Tas Manias are exclusive to the 2 stores.
You may have seen the LA version in complex magazine a few months back, that one drops May 28th at the LA store. Need pix? Check out Being Hunted. As for the SM shoe, that one drops June 4th at the Santa Monica store, one week after the LA drop. They're limited to 90 pairs. Which one's better, you decide...

H.I.C AND POWER 106

Do you think that Hawaiian Island Creations is only for pro surfers, actors, and athletes? If so, this should change your mind. The morning team of Power 106; Big Boy, Joe Grande, and Fuzzy Fantabulous sport the goods from the islands. Here they are sporting H.I.C. aloha shirts (sizes 7XL, 6XL, and 5XL) and the new caps from H.I.C. All of these goods will be in stores real soon. I'm feelin' that H.I.C. monogram.
