Subject Matter Gallery Presents "Sixteen Days"Featuring New Works From Jesse Hotchkiss & Casey O'Connell

Costa Mesa, CA – April 29th, 2006 – Subject Matter Gallery is pleased to present “Sixteen Days”, an exhibit of new work by Los Angeles based artist Jesse Hotchkiss and San Francisco based artist Casey O’Connell. Both artists’ careers have been highly influenced from an art background since childhood, which shows in their strongly inspired, raw, and personal work. “Sixteen Days” will feature the paintings of Hotchkiss’s gestural landscapes and what O’Connell liberatingly describes as “layers and layers of overzealous mistakes.” The show will be at Subject Matter Gallery in Costa Mesa, CA from April 29th – May 14th.
