LACE: sneakers magazine

Four to the floor! lace sneakers magazine which started out as the first German-speaking print-magazine for sneaker-fans is coming of age and will be available at train station bookstores across Germany with its upcoming issue. The change-over to bilingualism (german/english) has been appreciated by the sneaker-community. Thus for sneaker-friends around the globe it's now possible to get more than just flashy pictures. As of early May the fourth edition will be available also at selected sneaker- and fashion stores or at www.lace-mag.de.

As for kicks lace sneaker magazine number 4 covers the following:

- the special: among other things there's a photo series of the Summer Bread & Butter 2004 (probably one of the most exciting fashion exhibitions) and the Winter Ispo. The 35th anniversary of Adidas' Superstar we honour with an overview of all 35 models and their history of origins. That is we shed light on those information only meant for the chosen few at exhibitions or showrooms.

.- the store detector: a city-related guide that in this issue alleviates the next sneaker-shopping-trip to New York and keeps you from sleeping through the sneaker highlights.

- in footage you see with the eyes of a sneakerhunter

- in up to date lace gives an account of new publications, must-haves and rarities of the world of kicks.- the index informs the reader on 32 pages about every brand's spring/summer 2005 collection.

- inside provides interviews and reports on manufacturers and designers. In this issue the Sneakerking from Frankfurt provides us insight into his kingdom and New York customizer JorOne gets his hands on custom lace-sneakers.
