Tristan from proper found an OG pair of these a couple of years ago and showed asics... a few seasons later they come out with a re-release of the very same model... coincidence?
A few colorways from the gel-lyte III, re-released with that nifty split-tongue action. Look for them in a few months.

These are by far the greatest running shoe ever created. I have been searching for something to compare to it for the last 15 years, to no avail. Now I can stick with the original. Thanks for this post!

Where could I find a pair of asics gel lyte III on the top right of the picture? I had a pair of these back in the day and would love to have them again.
